Sunday afternoon pinks and yellows
Lazy days are here again...well, not really. I think I am mostly recovered from VBS *grin* and I finally have a spare minute or two to get some knitting done.
Yesterday I crocheted another HABU scarf at my LYS (they're super easy, fast and fun) for one of the other ladies to give to her boss. I can't wait for the LYS owner to get in more of these kits so I can buy a couple for myself. In the meantime, I've been searching for yarns to make similar, yet different, scarves. I've found a couple great possibilities for the center yarn - one being this Adriene Vittadini eyelash that was on closeout. I still haven't found the best yarn for the outerparts, although I did find a fabric trim at Hancock that was a possibility. Too bad they only had about 3 1/2 yards of it.
Let's see, I also got more of my Baby Olé donre, as well as more on one of the Eros scarves. Today I've been relaxing but this week I've got to get back to some serious knitting time!
