Music recommendation
Today I am soooooo tired - last night was the first night of "shared" rehearsals: half with Kenny and ACC for Judas Maccabaeus, and half with Barry and TCC for the European tour. Only 3 more Mondays of double rehearsals, though (I think - I hope - oh gosh).
At any rate, one of the gals in ACC is in a duet/band of her own, called Mirabilis. Their music is a very Sarah MacLachlan/Enya/Sarah Brightman-ish mix, and I just got to listen to their album Pleiades today. Soothing and stimulating at the same time. I highly recommend it. :)
Tonight is the SnB down at Ventana del Soul. I plan on finishing the Beatrice socks tonight (less than half the second foot to go) and possibly starting a second pair. I've also got to take out the too-small piece of Tilt. Besides those projects, I also have the HotSox in my knitting bag - eventually I will finish them.
Regarding Tilt - it is looking more and more like I will not have this jacket finished in time for my Europe trip. Should I take it with me to finish? It certainly won't get cold enough again for me to wear it here in central Texas (up to a high of 70 degrees Fahrenheit this week). At least I'll have a couple pair of handknit socks to keep me warm...
