Llama, llama, duck
Actually, I kind of wish I did have a little duck to hold up in this photo - it would have been amusing. :) These are a couple of the beautiful specimens brought for show to the Kid 'N' Ewe fiber festival in Boerne, Texas. If you're in central Texas, you still have tomorrow to go check it out!
Truthfully, the vendor selection was a bit more limited than I was expecting, but I did find a great holly shuttle for my loom and a couple of hand-carved hairpins. The friends I was with were rather amusing as well :) and it was nice to meet a few of the other Central Texas bloggers back at the wiki table.
We did quite a bit of walking - I was just beat when I got back to my apartment - but I think it was a good level of exercise. Tonight I've got my feet up and I'm about to watch the Texas - Kansas game. Go 'Horns!
