Thoughts on this morning's activity

• When it's icky, cold and wet outside, mall-walking is definitely an acceptable substitute.
  
• Proviso: Go before the shops open.
  
• Second proviso: Don't bring your credit card.
  
• I found a new fave store - Torrid: the sister store to Goth Topic. Any store that has a Diva club and caters to sizes 14 to 26 (iIrc) AND sells Hello Kitty stuff is cool with me.
• BTW - E, Torrid in Barton Creek sells Hello Kitty stuff. And some on clearance.
  
• I love subversive t-shirts. Especially with boobie references. Yes, I bought one. You're just jealous. Save the tatas*!
  
• Ever see someone in a public place and think 'dayum' and not in a good way? And then feel bad about thinking it because you know someone else is looking at your jiggly size 18 in faded red sweatpants and crazy socks mallwalking and thinking the same thing?
  
• Ever notice how finding just the right outfit in a new store makes you forget that you are actually dressed for working out and not for shopping?
  

Today's exercise (minus the shopping excursion): 2.5 miles in 39 minutes, approximately. Go, pedometer, go.

*No, this is not the shirt I bought, but it is the one I wanted --- they were out of my size in this one. I might order it online anyway, since it's for a good cause. :D
