Trying something new
The folks over at my favorite tea dealer distributor have something going on that I've been wanting to try since a friend posted on her blog about it. It's called TeaChef, and you can get a sample of their tea of the month to add to a recipe and submit to the site. I don't normally think of tea as an additive to my recipes, but after browsing the site (and checking out the faboo milk tea fudge my friend submitted) I want to give it a shot. Could be fun...

I got a tin of Golden Monkey from TeaChef this month. It's ... uninspiring for me :/ At least the chestnut was something I really LIKED, this one is kinda "err?"
We shall see - I've kind of found their black teas to be rather boring but so far I love almost all the green and herbal varieties. At the very least, I get to try a flavor I probably wouldn't have previously. :)
