Life's Irritating Little Quirks

#347. Misplacing every single roll of packing tape you have on a day when you absolutely must get a package in the mail.

Sigh.

On the plus side, I myself received a couple packages yesterday - didn't want to open them on Good Friday but I did open them this morning. Yummies from Amazon (ok, I bought myself The Pirate Movie - I am so stuck in the 80s), and a very nice box from my Secret Pal. Prezzies are fun. :)



Note the sheepy goodness tape measure -- a black sheep! I love it! I'd only ever seen white ones before, and hadn't managed to get my hands on one. It came in the great little zebra-striped bag, which I now have to hide from a certain someone, lest it be purloined. :D The yarn is Cascade 220 in Magenta, a truly inspired color. Totally loving the card, the needle holders, and the book, as well. Thanks so much to my Secret Pal - you made my day! :D
