Overheard, and odd dreams
Overheard at work:
Co-worker 1: R, do you ever look around when you drive? I mean at who's beside you?
Co-worker 2: Why, did I hit you?
Heh. R can deliver some of the most deadpan lines, and the rest of us are just rolling when we overhear. Or maybe you had to be there.
Last night I had an odd dream. I had gone to my old church (the one I attended growing up) and when I came out, I found my car had been stolen. The dream never really resolved itself further, other than a lot of not-quite-panicky bits and a general unease. This morning I finally stopped procrastinating on the laundry, and found my spare car key while putting pants in the washer. Said key had been missing for several days. Isn't it odd how things work out sometimes?
